Ski in Georgia, from Cyprus
Gudauri is the first ski resort in Georgia located on the Caucasus range on 2196m above sea level. There are 6 different ski passes in Gudauri:
- First ski-lift 1053m long - three chairs (Night skiing)
- Second ski-lift 2295m long- high speed chairlift, four chairs
- Third- 1063m long - three chairs (to so called Kudebi)
- Forth- three chairs, 1104m
- Fifth -four chairs, 1504m (to so called Sadzele)
- Gondola lift (monocable circulating ropeway) - 2800m long, for 8 pers.
Arrival at Tbilisi international airport and transfer to Gudauri Ski Resort. En route visit the Ananuri (16th century A.D.) church and fortress with nice views on Jinvali reservoir and enjoy the amazing landscapes. After check in the hotel have free time for leisure or for skiing.

In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Tbilisi. En route visit the ancient capital - Mtskheta - one of the oldest towns in Georgia that has been populated since the second millennium BC. In Mtskheta see the UNESCO world heritage site Jvari Church (6th century A.D.) - a masterpiece of the early Medieval Period and overlook the beautiful confluence of the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers from Jvari Church. Also see Svetiskhoveli Cathedral (11th century A.D.).
After excursion enjoy your lunch at local restaurant and continue your way to Tbilisi.
Tbilisi is a city of turbulent history, hidden charm and mixed cultures. There's no better way of finding out about the country's majestic and inspiring history than walking in the narrow cobbled streets of Tbilisi. Start the day with a visit to Metekhi Church and enjoy the view on the oldest part of the city.
Walk to the to the bathhouses area. The domed hammams, with a natural hot sulfur spring waters are not just a place for the bath or massage, which is marvelous indeed, but also a mystery place where number meeting and numerous negotiations held.
Continue your trip to Narikala fortress, a fortification built by Persians back in 4th century. Try to reach its summit as the beautiful view on Tbilisi opens from the top.
Walk down on a Chardin Street. Here on a pedestrian street number of open air cafes and bars are welcoming the visitors with delicious drinks and live music in the evening.
After excursion enjoy your bath to the sulfur spring waters.
In the evening before departure dinner at local restaurant with traditional Georgian cosine and folk show.
After dinner transfer to Tbilisi international Airport.
